Well, it's been a long time since I've posted anything. My computer is not feeling too well and won't turn on. I have lots of pictures on this post to try to catch you up. Ok...starting with (I think Labor Day weekend). We went out in the boat and had fun tubing and cliff jumping. This was the first time that the kids let us pull them crazy (not to the point of falling out of the tube, but making lots of waves and going faster). They really loved it.
Miss M riding the wave.
Mr. Man going sideways.
After the tubing fun, we headed for the cove that we hang out in. The water is so clear and there are always fish swimming under the boat and off of the back, so the kids put on their woggle goggles and tried to catch a fish. They were able to touch one, but never caught it! Don't these faces look so cute?!
Then Mr. Man suprised us and decided that he wanted to jump off of the 25 - 30 ft. cliff. So we loaded up our stuff and swam on over so he could jump off.
It's VERY high up there and you have to jump out so he had daddy throw him off. This made sure that he was far enough out and cleared the jump. He LOVED it! He would have done it again if we'd have let him.
Here is the big boy after his jump.
We promised the kids, the first week of school that they could each get a fish at the end of the week if they were able to get up, get dressed, brush their teeth, and eat breakfast (this is a big one for Miss M) in a timely manner for the week. Mr. Man earned his fish the first week and named him Spike. Miss M earned her fish the second week and named her Arial (I need to get pictures of "her" and post them). They love their fish and take very good care of them.
Miss M had a Grandparents Day program at her school. This is her class, in their room, doing their program. It was a great little program. They welcomed everyone, sang songs, counted in Spanish, and prayed for our meal. They also made gifts for each grandparent and passed them out. They did a fantastic job on their program.
One of the things they did was their grandma's glasses. Here is Miss M showing off her grandma's glasses.
Singing her little heart out.

Mr. Man started Flag Football this year. This is their first scrimmage. He is wearing red shorts. They warmed up, then played a really good game.
In the huddle, ready for a play.
Look at that form while running!
Miss M had a field trip to the County Fair with her class. Here she is ready to go in.
She got to hold baby chicks and LOVED it!
Photo opp with Momma.
Meet Missy the brown cow. Mr. Man was able to see Missy at his school during rodeo week at school and Miss M was able to see her at the fair. Missy did a demonstration of how they milk a cow. It was fun to watch and the kids really enjoyed it.
Here she is with her class. She loves the kids in her class as well as her teacher.
Mr. Man had his first football game and here is the team ready to go. We are the Dragons and our colors are green and black. When we showed up to get our shirts, they were red and all in adult S, M, & L. So the shirts were HUGE! But that did NOT matter. These boys ROCKED!!! They scored 6 touch downs and were able to get 5 extra points. They ended the game 41-0. I think we are going to be a contender team this year.
Ready for the first play. I love seeing the intensity.
Mr. Man is in the middle of the picture.
High Fives after the game. Good game guys. Keep up the good work!!!
I'll try to be better about updating the blog.
